This is our first coffee coming from Mexico. We are really excited about the amazing potential this still very new origin in the specialty scene has to offer. For us, this was the first Mexican coffee we had tried that changed the way we think about coffee coming from this country. Luis grows Typica and Bourbon on his farm La Piedra that has a bright and clean acidity and a full body like a rich red wine. Red fruit and grape fill the cup with great sweetness. We really really like this coffee.
