We are really happy to share this beautiful gesha lot from the legend, Daniel Munoz. Visiting his farm earlier this year was one of the more special moments for us as we have been fans of his coffee for many years.
This year's Gesha is tasting very clean and delicate with flavors of lemon balm, chamomile, tangerine, and white florlas.
On his farm, Villa Camilla, Daniel focuses exclusively on growing Pink Bourbon and Gesha. Daniel is always looking for ways to improve his farm and as of late, he has been doing a complete overhaul of his farm's soil composition. After a few years of hard harvests, he discovered that his soil was not providing the nutrients the plants needed and is now in the process of converting his farm to be 100% organic.
