Our final Ethiopian from this season comes from a region we truly love, Uraga. Coffees from Uraga are among our favorites, grown at some of the highest elevations in Ethiopia in the densely forested mountains. Coffees from here are dense in structure, loaded with complex fruit flavors and deep sweetness.

The Odola TebeArowacho washing station is owned by Zelalem Alemu, built-in 2016. This is our first year tasting coffee from this site and was one of our highest scoring coffees from this harvest. We tasted a few different day-lots from this washing station and this one particular day stood out above the rest. We find this coffee to be more fruit-forward than some of our other washed Ethiopian coffees this year showing flavors of strawberry juice, mandarin candy, watermelon, and sparkling citrus.
