His farm sits at 1850 MASL where he grows pink bourbon and tabi. He was one of the first to dedicate his life to coffee production in the area as well as the first to grow Caturra. Now at the age of 69, he brings his entire life's work of knowledge into his coffee.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eAfter years of growing Cautrra, his plants started to suffer from roya. He replanted his entire farm 5 years ago to Pink Bourbon and Tabi. This is our third season working with Daniel's coffee. The following morning, the cherries are de-pulped and then left to dry ferment for another 22 hours.
