Their newer farm, Fincas Del Putushio is an exciting new project in Ecuador's southern region of Loja. This lot is a separation of Mejorado grown at 2222 MASL, harvested in June 2026. This is a pristine expression of the Mejorado variety with great flavor clarity and structure. The cup is crisp and refined with notes of white flower, green apple, white nectarine and lingering peach. The acidity is high and well balanced with layers of florals. This is a beautiful coffee. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis is our fourth year working with Pepe, and it's a joy to have his coffee back on our menu. Pepe and his son Jose are deeply passionate about coffee and equally committed to the planet, practicing biodynamic and organic farming that works in harmony with the earth. Each lot of their coffee is unique, reflecting the time, place, and the many hands involved in its careful processing.
