Now, at the age of 29 he is motivated and excited about the future of coffee particularly after taking part in an international auction which opened his eyes to how vast the coffee world is. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eCherries are picked at peak ripeness, floated, and then left to ferment in open tanks for three days.
